Elevate tea time with these incredibly easy and delicious white chocolate raspberry scones!
Ingredients:
1 CUP BROWN SUGAR
3 CUPS FLOUR
2 TEASPOONS BAKING POWDER
1 CUP COLD CUBED BUTTER
1 CUP MILK
1/2 CUP WHITE CHOCOLATE, CHIPS AND CHUNKS
1/2 CUP RASPBERRIES, FROZEN
1 egg, lightly beaten for brushing
1. To the bowl of your food processor add brown sugar, flour, and baking powder, whir until blended.
2. Slowly add butter, whir until a loose dough forms.
3. Empty dough into a big bowl and stir in white chocolate and raspberry.
4. Empty scone dough onto a floured surface and press down lightly till it’s flat and about 1 1/2 inch high.
5. Using a round cookie/biscuit cutter, cut circles.
6. Place cut scones on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush lightly with egg wash.
7. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes.
