Good morning Gorgeous!


Start your day with a bowl of this delicious granola! Have it with your favourite milk (we love coconut milk) or sprinkled on yogurt.


Ingredients:

2 cups of puffed rice cereal

3 cups of quick cooking oats

3 1/2 cups of your favourite nuts and seeds (we like using pepitas, sunflower & flax)

1/3 cup of light brown sugar

1/3 cup of vegetable oil

1/3 cup of maple syrup

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp ground ginger

1/4 tsp of nutmeg

1/4 tsp of salt

generous drizzle of honey


  1. Preheat your oven to 325

  2. In a large bowl toss together rice cereal, oats and nuts and seeds. Set this bowl to the side.

  3. In a small sauce pan add the brown sugar, vegetable oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Cook on medium heat until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.

  4. Pour syrupy mixture over cereal mixture and stir until everything is coated.

  5. Spread granola onto a large cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle pan with honey.

  6. Bake granola for 30 minutes until golden, stirring half way through bake.
